We are excited to post our program for our upcoming conference at DePaul University in Chicago, Sept. 27th and 28th. Click here for the program. Our room number has just been added to the program. It is Library 400, the Dorothy Day Room.
We have a conference rate at the Hotel Lincoln. The deadline to book a room at the conference rate is Sept. 5th. Click here for more hotel information.
For information on how to get to the hotel, click here. It looks like a taxi ride from Chicago O'Hare Intl. Airport to the hotel is about 45 minutes, and $40-60.
The hotel is about a mile and a half from DePaul's Lincoln Park Campus, where the conference will be held (a 6 or 7 minute cab ride, or 30 minute walk). Click here for a link to the Lincoln Park campus map.
Registration will take place on site at the conference. The registration fee will be $25 for regular attendees, and $10 for graduate students with a student ID. The fee is waived for DePaul faculty and students.
We will post more suggestions about getting around the DePaul area as we receive them from our friends in Chicago.
